Not very kind staff. Left store as unapproachable and dismissive staff. Gossiping about coworkers while customers in this store is not okay and very off putting

I went to buy a Mac mascara on Jan 15, 2020 at around 16:30 for my friend. She had sent me a picture for reference. The lady staffs there were very elitist and unresponsive I approached one of the lady and showed her the picture of the mascara I wanted, she brought one mascara unwillingly. She showed it from distance and literally took it away when I approached to grab and have a better look. I told her I wanted to have a look and she replied this is the one you want and didnt allow me to touch. I paid for it. I continued browsing lipsticks and staffs literally followed us as if we would grab and run. I felt so insulted and every time I go near Mac store, I remember that day. I would never want to go back to the that store again though I love Mac products. As a customer representative, a cheerful and friendly approach is what we expect in each store rather than such cold behaviour.

I Love going into Mac in westerfield shopping mall, Cassandra is very helpful.and definitely knows her makeup HIGHLY RECOMMEND
