        Terrible!! Doesnt answer the phone or divert calls. Kiosk is closed when you turn up. The poor woman behind me had been trying to pick up cash since the day before. Lotus currency is in Riccarton mall, open and has great service

        Unprofessional staff. Not polite. 2 ladies were simply talking each other and when I ask them about wu money transfer . They told me to come back after 20 30 minutes.
