We only come here to get vouchers and the experience at the check out is awful. Long lines, stuff left behind by others at the self check outs and trying to get someone to help is painful. The most inefficient system and I imagine this whole process makes it more attractive for shoplifters. Please make it that you can buy vouchers online or at other retailers.

Just thought Id inform you I stole a selfie stick from your store recently after being to broke and hungover to pay for it so I went to town the night before and scored me a absolute 4/10 last night in rookpool and new I had to get a selfie stick for my first Snapchat to her so went in and out got my selfie stick and I can come back in pay in the future but first lemme take a selfie

Was making a query to a staff member a girl with blonde hair and ponytail about the afterpay voucher and was told it was a scam when it clearly isn't as it says on the official app that you get 20$ off your afterpay order when you refer a friend to sign up and was just wanting to confirm if it was done on my purchase or not she was really rude and needs to get her facts straight I won't be coming back again she is just plain rude
