Absolutely brilliant service! I am so glad we chose Tropicair for our fireplace needs! We needed a fire. . . our first home had a heatpump from last century and we liked the idea of a ULEB 1) for its benefits over classic wood fires for the environment, 2) because we were allowed to install one in the city, and 3) because we knew it would heat our little house much cheaper than the heatpump that sounds like a jetliner taking off when you turn it on. Amanda and Gary (Tropicair staff) were just brilliant. They helped us sort all the paperwork as well as talk us through the stuff we needed to sign. The process was easy and has absolutely paid off. Tropicair fulfilled all of our ideals... and our puppy's ideals too (turns out sitting just in front of the fire is our golden retriever 's new favorite spot!; see the picture below!).

Outstanding service. I thought we needed a new wood burner and Amanda Visser, sales manager, came out to measure the fireplace. She identified the existing log burner and the parts needed to make it fully efficient. They had a couple of issues with model changes which meant their initial assessment was slightly off but a fortnight later it was all sorted. Saved me thousands relative to a new burner which Amanda could easily have sold me. Recommend them unreservedly on my experience.

Great service from start to finish! Amanda was very helpful, coming for a site visit and presenting us with several options suitable for our home size. The whole process was very transparent and we knew what we were up to, including understanding the cost of potential extras discovered at the time of the installation (there were no extras charged at the end). Installation was smooth and installers were very experienced. Even after final payment was made there was a follow up to make sure we are all happy with it. We are!
