Landmark Homes Christchurch & Canterbury

So far Landmark Homes Christchurch has been very poor on delivering on their timelines and communication on why has been very disappointing. It seems to be on coordination rather than covid related delays. I will review our progress or lack if it on a monthly basis. 7 months later I still do not have anything positive to say about coordination and meeting timelines. Progress is very slow. I am interested to know where the reviews are from clients who have progressed past dealing with Amanda and then have experienced a build with this company Service: Home building

First contact we made with Landmark we were very lucky that Amanda kept true to her word. It was tough times to secure a build at that time and she had already received three to four more calls of people that were interested. We met up the following day to go through house plans etc. Amanda was full of great advice and helped us make slight adjustments to the plan that we wouldnt have picked up on otherwise. So to all the team at Landmark thanks for the great build from the office to the project managers to the builders, thanks for making our journey enjoyable, highly recommend Landmark on your next build. We were on the hunt for a building company who would be able to follow our vision & Landmark came up with the goods, when others said it was too hard. It has been a pleasure working with Amanda. She has shared her own personal building experience with us and as someone who needs more visuals, that was greatly appreciated.
