        Urbano offers a huge choice online, unfortunately the stores have only a fraction of the items available. Called into 2 stores to try a few armchairs I wanted to buy but neither store had anything available. I'm not prepared to spend $4000 on furniture I haven't seen or tried first. Very disappointed

        Korinda helped us through the whole purchase, provided excellent customer service. Jason arrived on time for delivery and assembled the bunk bed from 0% to 100% without leaving any rubbish behind. My 4 yrs old son is really happy with his new bed!
