My cousin and I went here and I requested to have a gel manicure and my cousin asked for sns. Once we sat down none of the staff seemed to know what we were getting. They started on our nails and we had four different people working on us and they were more interested in money making than the quality of service. I asked if I could get French tip and they rushed over and they Brought the eftpos machine to me as if I wasnt going to pay for it. They then over charged me and tried to act like they didnt. Poor service. All they care about is taking your money and not providing an adequate service! Our nails were chipped and peeling off within 2-3 days after our service. Service: Gel manicures

I wish I could give this a 0 star - worst and most painful SNS removal/application in my life. As other reviews below, they used a cuticle trimmer to PEEL the old SNS off of my nails, and a false tip to pick off the rest??? Ive never even heard of a process like this before. I was left with very frail, broken/damaged and short nails. So so disappointed. Not once did she apologize. I shouldve just told her to stop after she ripped off my first few nails. I also shouldve read the reviews on here before, seeing as Im definitely not the only one! Save your money and dont go here :))))) Service: Dip powder

I wish I could give this place 0 stars... I live in a different country and was visiting family. This was by FARRRRR THE WORST service I've ever had. Not to mention the result I had gotten. I get my nails done quite frequently so I have a pretty fair idea on how nail places do pedicures and infills. First of all the lady started by peeling the gel on my toes off with a cuticle clipper, which was SUPER damaging to my nails, when they usually use the nail drill thingy to sand off the gel, and when she eventually used that tool she wasnt even looking at my toes, and kept catching my skin on it which was really painful. Then she proceeded to cut my cuticles and actually ended up cutting my skin and made me bleed which I flinched away, then she poured acetone on it which HURT SO BAD and never once said sorry. She continued to keep touching the place where she had cut me with other nail tools. I wanted to give up and walk out, but they had already made me pay beforehand and I didnt wanna risk walking out with half done nails and not knowing if they were willing to give me a refund. The rest of the pedicure was an absolute nightmare, she couldn't paint to save her life and she kept putting my nails under the uv light with different times, she put one side under for like 30 seconds which I KNOW for a fact doesn't dry properly within that time frame, and when she took it out she proceeded to file my nails when it clearly hadn't set and she ruined the paint, and AGAIN used the cuticle clippers to peel off the paint and re did the whole thing and it was on the same toe which she had cut so I endured more pain. When I got my infill atleast it was a different lady and she was much much nicer, but unfortunately I did not like the result, the paint job is all bumpy and patchy, with stroke marks on every nail, the shape of my nails are all different, the lengths are all different, to the point where I had to end up filing them myself. Next day on all my toes I ended up with red itchy bumps, which has never happened to me before. I'm so upset and so disappointed. Please please please save your money and go somewhere else it is so not worth it. If they can do this once they will do it again. Please don't be that person. Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails

so I had gel nails with extensions and french polish done and was really happy at first, but after a couple of days, I noticed that the corners on a couple of nails werent done very well, as you can see in the photos, the air and dirt can come between the gel and my nails and it isnt easy to clean :/ wouldnt recommend and wont be going back there again :/ Services: Dip powder, Gel manicures
