We've rented through RPM for the last 3 years and would definitely recommend them! Taylor has been brilliant, always replies to communications promptly and follows up to ensure everything is dealt with swiftly. A great company to rent through :)

I've been working with RPM for about 2 years to manage my property in Christchurch. Apart from typical duties such as rental appraisals and screening potential tenants, I have found Robyn's advice regarding maintenance of the house to be particularly valuable. With a limited budget, they have provided guidance on what tasks are worthwhile and which ones are not as crucial. Michael has also found a good tenant for the place. Since then, I have been mainly working with Taylor and Vanessa. They are very good communicator, inspections are always very well done. Issues are well presented and are dealt with in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
