Very briefly:
1.) They sold an inferior product.
2) The service employee is extremely unfriendly and is NOT interested in the customer.(Not to be confused with the guitar specialist. He is competent and friendly).
3.) The first repair attempt of the sold -always still new- product did not work.
4.) They try again, at a "better" repair shop. Why did they first try at a not good one :-) )?
5) The employee had promised to send a mail. But then he did not think it is necessary.
6.) It begins the second week, I paid $ 600 and have: NOTHING.
If you want to burn money and time and have a really bad time do like me: buy something at Sedley Wells in Riccarton!
