Really slow and when we finally got to the front of the line after all the measurement they told us they didn't have the boot size we needed. Sent us to another store and we were told we could come back if the other store didn't have any. We did, to find out they closed the rental section and the person that was doing our process wasn't there. The guy that was there now was rude and when we told him the other staff member told us to come back he looked at us like I don't care we are closed now. At the end I asked him to at least look up for the information sheet so we could rent out skiing gear ( we wanted snowboarding gear) and his attitude was like not even wanting to do that. Really bad service!
