The first time I walk into 1Call, I felt like doing a runner. In my head was like all these Recruitment companies are the same. They not really interested in the person but what benefit the person can bring their company. I was focused on a customer service role,hopefully to secure a part time permanent role or full time. That did not happen yet. The Recruitment Consultant I met was kind enough to put me forward for a job placement but the client decided to go with another candidate. The customer service given was professional and thank you for having me on your candidate list. Still looking for a customer service role. Regards Michell

Been with first call just over a month. As a student it can be quite difficult to sort shifts hence why I took on this job. Unfortunately it does come with risks as well as rewards. Initially, I was offered a numerous amount of jobs. Now, Im lucky if I even get a text back. In saying that, I havent worked since before the Easter weekend. I havent been offered any jobs other than one, which had only come to surface after Id reached out. Even then, it was so last minute, I couldnt go. Ive reached out again and again since then, and received nothing back. Whats annoying about this is, I have a sister who has worked everyday this week, for the same company. Meaning shes been able to make contact. Same handler. Same company. Bad communication. If theres no work, just say so. If you dont want me working, just say so. A little acknowledgment goes a long way. That - with a little communication. Cheers

1st call is probably the best agency Ive worked under. Very understanding & helpful when looking for work. As someone who has worked under the agency twice now I would highly recommend them!
