Rude staff, long wait time so might as well go to er at the hospital. This place makes a joke out of mental illness. Had two nice nurses but a doctor and one of the nurses were extremely rude and downplayed my pain because I told them I had anxiety when they asked. Had nothing to do with why I was in there. Dont recommend this place to anyone considering the other reviews too.

My GP retired, as I was now living in Upper Riccarton I enrolled with this clinic. Have been given an amazing GP. It can take a while to get an appointment but if it is urgent you can always go in for a walk in appointment. Great staff and they have a pharmacy on site which is 100 % better than the hopeless Countdown Pharmacy over the road

Please dont come here unless you dont mind to wait at least 2 hours. My GP is here but every time. I need to wait more than 2 hours to see doctors. Thats a nightmare!! Especially to the patients who is been suffering pain.

Apparently there are no appointments for weeks. But they do have time to see "walk-ins". Seriously, people who work can't wait hours at a doctors surgery!! You receive a lot of government funding to provide a service for your enrolled patients (ironically paid for through taxes by those who work and can't get appointments) and you get that money even if you don't see your patients. How about you prioritise those patients and if you can't handle the volume stop taking on new clients. I have since left this clinic in favour of a fantastic surgery where we are seen within the week, every time. And not rushed out the door after 10 mins by a gp watching the clock. Do your research people and find a better clinic than this, you deserve it!!
