I had a fab experience with Consumersave, we were after specific hooks for an event and found them at a reasonable price on Consumersave. I even selected the wrong courier price, but they still sent them even though I'd accidentally short changed them! Had them in a couple days. Thanks so much :)

If I could give a 0 star I would. Almost a month with no product received, poor communication and Jason who appears to run the company is telling me Covid-19 is fake and this is the reason my product hasn't arrived

Purchased an article from this company and after a week of not getting the article delivered sent 2 emails asking why it was not delivered. Both emails were unanswered. I contacted Paypal and put in a claim to them and within minutes of making a claim I received an email from Consumersave stating my order had been cancelled yet no mention of a refund was included. In my opinion this company has a strange way of dealing with consumer issues. This company has an immature attitude to customers, emails are completely ignored. Buyers beware this company has no consideration for customers.

Bought a Doogee s88 plus from Consumersave,so far the phone seems okay.Consumersave however,well,let's just say,never again. Upon payment,their reply was swift and professional.So far,so good. Consumersave were basically impossible to contact,I'd have to check my old phone,but I'd imagine 10 texts and probably 15 phone calls would be about right. They wouldn't let me upgrade my order and pay the extra,even though my phone hadn't been sent,leading me to believe they don't hold stock,but purchase from a third party. The delivery time was pretty bad,and the phone wasn't sent for 4 working days,all in it was 10 days from payment until I received my parcel. The reviews of previous customers are basically the same as mine,except for two who gave 5 stars.Strangely,their names were Jason and Jude Hay. Not sure if they're related,but a Jason Hay operates Consumersave. Please,if you do nothing else,just check people's reviews and see how they felt about their dealings,and pay the extra at the places that value their customers.
