        I requested a repeat script for two medications recently and when I went to the pharmacy one of them was incorrect. In the subsequent conversations not only did they make it clear that they didn't see that as being a problem, but that the problem was mine because I didn't use their online system. I was asked to disclose very personal information over the phone that caused me significant embarrassment and when I wrote a letter of complaint I was told "I'm sorry that you feel this way" in a badly written email filled with typos, and when I escalated my complaint the practice owner couldn't understand why I was upset. If you have health issues I'd suggest a witchdoctor or faith healer, not this appallingly run company.
