Wow grumpy counter person 6am and coffee or something else being that she burned the coffee and the milk had to be the worst coffee I've had other than one in all my travels of NZ and Australia really barista work is an art not a skill just anyone has learn to make coffee ffs it's important I threw it away on way out door a complete waste of $6 almost like thievery

I asked for coconut milk and got standard milk. They need read clear instructions when there are allergies. Not the first time either

I went in 7:08 this morning. I went up to the front as usual, one Blonde lady looks 40s-50s on the coffee machine yelled at me in a really rude manner to move down to the other till in the cafe, the other one I believe her name is amy. i usually love bp staff but today i left in tears, i do not appreciate being yelled at in such a rude manner. I understand there were only 2 people, i have had to do that too and never have i ever been as rude to my customers as those ladies were to me. If youre going to be rude leave and give youre job to someone who will appreciate it and gives GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely disgusting what I went through this morning. Really poor attitude ladies. I understand its stressful having 2 staff but thats not an acceptable reason to be rude to youre customers.
