Beds were comfortable and clean, and rooms were nicely presented. Adequate crockery, etc.
There is no shade / shelter outside. Even an umbrella to go over the outdoor table would have been great. Probably not an issue in winter, but it is in summer. The air conditioner didn't really work that well. The rubbish bin was almost full. Luckily we were only there 2 nights.
Good that they are pet friendly, but I think $20 per night is a bit steep. Would have no problem with paying a bond for good behaviour. The property isn't fenced at all so no security for pets, or for that matter young children. Luckily we always take a 20m lead for our dog so he could go outside safely.
