Took our vomiting dog in, suspected she ate something on a walk and vomited a good dozen times, all staff were mucking around, no sense of urgency, I asked what the costs for treatment would be first and was advised that the charcoal is cheaper at the pharmacy... No mention of dose, real stand offish. Always ask for a breakdown of costs first as I'm sure if you don't you will be paying lore than required.

Excellent commitment to all animals. Very understanding and kind people. I trust my animals with them and it takes a lot for me to trust others with my pets.

Mc master & heap wrongly gave my dog medication twice as strong as they should have which could have badly effected her but luckily we caught it early, rang 5 times over 5 days being told the vet would ring me back but never did. ended up driving back to get the right ones, only met with excuses with no owning up to them not checking what they prescribe, have now found a vet that check before giving out medication.
