unfortunately sometimes people dont understand dental anxiety and mental illness, so if you want to go somewhere who is empathetic to anxiety , it wouldn't be the place to go, also if you are low income it seems to really effect the way you are treated, i had a few trips here as they offered gas sedation , but due to a misunderstanding with my anxiety and fear of dentist which i dont even really understand what ive done wrong as they wont tell me'' they put a note saying they wont allow me to visit, i feel very embarrassed and have been made to feel ashamed for who i am and what i struggle with, the manager will not have any discussions as to how to resolve what ever the issue is, i dont understand that, i have spent a lot of time fighting the uphill battle with anxiety, some people dont understand it , its just a shame my family are robbed of using a service due to multiple reasons, 'the reception lady is lovely and very understanding, have tried to speak to the owner as this is important to us as our entire extended family use this dental service, but havent got a call, so best to find another place if you have anxiety and you need soft gentle treatment , and if you are low income i wouldn't use this service .
