Great in early Autumn, but won't be buying again in winter (delivered 3 days ago and is NOT dry wood, almost all of it is damp to touch, some of it is leaking sap and sizzling in the fire, hard to burn. Some of it is visibly mouldy and lets off an awful stink when burning). Excellent dry wood when we ordered in late Summer / Autumn. (**Edit - they now call themselves Christchurch Dry Firewood) 3 stars rather than less because of the great service the first time (great value last time - all dry, delivered on time, friendly service, delivery included in the price & lowest price i could find in Chch). But I cannot recommend in wet weather. I was told directly on the phone "yes, it's still dry" when I asked after the heavy rain earlier in the month, and am very very unimpressed that it's not. A waste of money this season.

Was put off by the other reviews, but persisted. No waiting, arrived the next day. Friendly service, arrived on time (early). Mostly dry wood, with the odd bit of damp and mould, hardly any. Fire has been going for a while, and more smoke than I'm used to, but I generally burn blue gum. Mostly split logs, with a small amount of kindling sized bits. 3m pine $300 in spring (just before snow forecast in early October.)

Not really 3m of pine. More like 2m for $270. Not really dry. A lot of damp stuff. Moldy wood. Lot of the blocks are not fully chopped so I guess I will have to do it my self...... Sigh.... Disappointing ...... Not recommending it.

Great, dry firewood. Purchased 3m3 of pine for $270 - cheapest price around for quality wood. Quick response from Graeme and great service, having received the firewood 3 days after purchasing in April 2020, with free delivery.
