Garden City Florist

I received an Interflora box, sent from my parents in Westport. It was not the colours mum ordered but stunning regardless! The flowers are fresh, and the fressias smell amazing! A wonderful surprise to get after come home from hospital.

I ordered flowers online for my mum in hospital. I even spoke to Kerri and she had received the online order for delivery to the hospital. Even though I had ordered before 11am Sunday for same day delivery, but she said it would be Monday (so not even following her own T&Cs) and then rang my mum in hospital (they were a surprise) to say that they dont deliver to the Chch hospital. I had already explain that they lived rurally so flowers cant normally be delivered. Anyways then she said they would be delivered to Mums rural property on Wednesday and then It was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Its now Friday evening, no flowers have arrived, a refund have been refused and Im so upset! This service is not good enough! Dont false advertise if you dont deliver! I want my $110 back! Such a rip-off!! All the way through the customer service has been awful.

Garden city florists were great to purchase from. I had a arranged for a delivery however there had been a mix up with the courier. Garden city florists were really responsive arranged for a another delivery the next day, free of charge. The flowers delivered were absolutely stunning and I would definitely purchase some again for the great customer service. Thanks again :)

I ordered the bunch of 6 roses for my friend as her mum had passed away costing nzd 40.50 in total. She only received 2 roses. I complained and was told on email the roses were bigger so you only got 2 instead of 6 & you dont understand a very curt & unfriendly response. If 6 flowers are shown in the photo & that price is paid, then 6 flowers should be delivered. (15nzd to deliver). Clearly I paid for the bunch of 6 at 40.50 nzd inc. deliver cost. My friend was disappointed. Other reviews show a similar lack of customer satisfaction. I should have read the other reviews.
