"Fix-it" Phil Home Maintenance Ltd

My favourite Handy man Phil from Fix-it-Phil not only fixed many odd jobs at my rental property but organised other tradies. Come to think of it, he is the man to see when in Christchurch... Hands down, there's noone like Phil from Fix-it-Phil. I'm sure every one who deals with him will remember him for life, with glowing thoughts.

Booked his time and waiting for him. Confirmed via text. But he never turned up. No communication what so ever. Once called he had better bigger jobs to do. irresponsible and doesnt value customers time or trust. Not recommended ...!!!.

Not sure that charging $40 for wear and tear on Phil's tools is a legitimate charge on his quote sheet. And the verbals are too much especially as most need repeating probably due his deafness. Wasn't cool that he left damp skirting boards on my carpet either. I had to clear his rubbish away. He could have asked for a bin bag. Wouldn't use him again - too immature, but he did a good job removing the boards in an hour.

Fix it Phil first came to work for us in February when we moved into a newly built house.Since then he has returned on several occasions. The standard of his work is excellent and he has unfailingly worked extremely hard. We have found that without exception we have had excellent value for money . Phil is always cheerful and friendly and a pleasure to employ. I highly recommend him for any handyman tasks. .
