        You can tell Adam the instructor is full of passion for his sport and enjoys passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation. A real family feel to this club.

        This place is amazing. It has pushed and encouraged me greatly. Two years ago I wouldnt have gotten out of my room but now I cant wait to head here. It teaches me practical self defence while also helping me keep fit. The people that go there are friendly and fun to train with.
