        Staff refused to accept a parcel for delivery that had postage prepaid online. In doing so they picked up the parcel & threatened that if I left the parcel there, that they will throw it onto the street. I have contacted NZ Post Group CEO David Walsh to get this sorted. You do not threaten to throw a customers parcel & honestly expect to get away with it.

        Disappointing tracking system and slow parcel delivery process. Took parcel in Monday still showing as at branch Thursday night. So much for 3 - 5 day delivery :(
