This trade owner and I can only agree to disagree about the service my mother recieved when called twice about same job..
Mum's 84 and I wasnt at the visit
It's mum's word againest the owners.
It involves a decrepancy about the excessive cost mum said she was charged fter she paid in cash at the end of the first visit, the return visit was free.
As no receipt was given to mum, and she did not think to ask for one there was no way to verify either person's words .
While Warren disputed mum's words he's unable show me that mum is mistaken, hence 2 stars
I know one thing for sure - when a trade balance is paid for, in cash, a receipt MUST be givenl. Just as a receipt should have been asked for by mum.
