        This place used to be the a highlight for our kids while visiting the pools. No longer. Food is terrible, options getting smaller and smaller and no service to speak of. I had to ask 4 times to have our table cleared of dirty dishes with lots of empty tables around with messy dirty plates that the birds were fighting over. Come on Hanmer Springs how about getting your act together and your options expanded (surely a sandwich selection isnt that difficult is it)? How about employing more staff to serve and clear up. Wont be back.
