        If you like the great outdoors and you want to introduce your kids to it then you will like this place Small river nearby and lots of open space to play in. Word of warning--- the road in from Hanmer will be torturous on the family saloon as it's shingle and pot holes the entire way. If your car leaks dust you'll look like the inside of a vacuum by the time you get there. I recommend you give your kids this experience,both they and you will love it.
