LMS Drafting and Design

I'm an out of town buyer and doing the build for the very first time. Initially i enquired with six to seven architects/designers in Christchurch and finally managed to find LMS Drafting and Design - thanks to Google. I had my initial consultation with Luke and i explained him about my situation and what i was expecting from my project. Luke was kind, approachable and quite knowledgeable in what he does. He helped me from the start of the feasibility phase up until getting building consent. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on what was happening and he went a mile ahead in engaging external agencies on behalf of me. He was genuine, honest and delivered things on time. Luke is one of the very few people who takes time to respond to your emails promptly and i'm very impressed the way he delivers things. It's quite hard to find resources like him and i look forward to working with him in the future. The service he has provided has always been above and beyond customers expectations. My husband and I worked with Luke for the design and consent of our new family home and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to engage a designer. We envisaged designing a house for our section in Christchurch, whilst still living in Auckland would be challenging, but Luke made the process extremely straight forward. Always on hand to jump on a video call, or to answer questions via email, Luke was great at guiding us through the design phase and in handling the consent process. Having our own ideas around the layout and functionality of our new home, Luke was fundamental in assisting us in realising these ideas as well as offering solutions and alternatives to assist in meeting the industries supply chain challenges and cost increases presented through building during a pandemic. We would have no hesitation in recommending Luke for future projects and hope to work with him again should the opportunity present itself.

Luke and Team listened to what I wanted, and around my lifestyle etc. Gave really good suggestions and adapted to make maximum number possible from my wish-list. Really happy (as was my Builder) to be working with Luke. Def recommend/ would use again.
