i phoned styx mill to see if they could help, was told not a problem, to take it back to M10 rangiora for them to send it to styx for repair. the jacket zip was replaced, and the stitching was perfect, they also patched a small rip in the front as well,,, was returned quickly to me, very pleased with the service and would recommend them and there products.
