        This is my experience with Kevler. ''Don't ever go with this builder''. I have signed up for a land & build contract and paid a $60K deposit in 2020(posting this in 2023). I don't own a house yet and they still have my deposit. All they do is, keep your money and never guarantee you a land & build. If I had signed up with any other builder, I would have the house by now.
