        If your looking for a place that is body positive, helps you build self confidence and feel like a bada$$, look no further than Altitude Redwood. The best thing I've done is start pole dancing and its the one thing I've stuck at and still love it!!! Amazing instructors and awesome students.

        Altitude Redwood is honestly my favourite place. With having no family in Christchurch the redwood team have quickly become my family. A community of fun, non judgemental, open and lovely individuals I am so proud to be apart of! Ive been poleing for a year now and not only have I picked up a new skill but it has changed the way I look and think of myself. I feel strong now and so powerful which is a first for me. I cant recommend them enough
