Harvey Norman Northwood (Furniture & Bedding Outlet)

Hi went to outlet shop in Northwood. Liam the assistant was friendly, not pushing me to buy the chair with separate footstool. He ended up going above and beyond for me in my purchase. His kindness and support I haven't seen for along time. Young man will go along way in this progression. Couldn't find any fault in Liam's service. Cheers Janet

I rang this store this morning and said that I came into the store on the 5th of January and ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch 5 and asked if it had arrived as yet. The lady I spoke to said that it hadn't arrived as yet. So I asked her if she knew when it was going to arrive and she said that she didn't know but she said that I could talk to her boss. She then said that he was on his break and would call me back once he came back. Well he didn't call me back. I don't think that's very good business not to call someone back and I will be taking this matter further. What kind of business are they running. Are they just standing around twiddling their thumbs.

It is unfortunate to begin running out of toner during lockdown. It is even more unfortunate to find out that no place in Christchurch stocks the required cartridge. Thank goodness I was in Harvey Normans Northwood at the time so it was an easy decision to replace a redundant printer with a new one. The staff member was good and knowledgeable.The two meter distance was maintained even when I was paying. Considering the circumstances it was a happy visit.
