        So disappointed this time around - pricey but many root bound plants, inconsistent and incomplete delivery (which we paid good money for) and a general lack of care. This is the company we have landscaped 3 properties with - well over $35k spent conservatively with LBT Co. since 20008 - there was a lot of loyalty to burn through. Lost our business now. Sad as we loved them! When I followed up to provide feedback, staff member sheepishly said Its the change over ownership and looked down.

        Weve used The Little Big Tree Co several times over the years whilst living in the North Island for several types of trees. Weve always found their trees value for money compared to other companies and there was never an issue shipping to us. Ive always had a pleasure dealing with them and they were prompt on deliveries and communication.
