Brian took the time to listen and understand, and was absolutely phenomenal to deal with for me and my complex situation. Brian was the mortgage broker on an important real estate deal I was on. It wasn't a straightforward deal but thanks to Brian's excellent skill and ability to work in well with the banks, lawyers and real estate agent we were able to secure his client finance. Very pro-active, intelligent and most of all, easy to deal with! Made a complex situation (almost) easy. 100% recommend.

Brian was very helpful throughout. Due to covid, it's been a long wait for me. Brian was, however, very patient and supported me through the entire process of the home loan application. He's always available and tries to get the best deal for you. What more can a borrower ask for! Thanks Brian.

The family went in for talk with Brian and he was amazing at finding out what our goals are, where we were at and the path to achieve them. We learned so much about what we should be doing even simple steps that immediately benefited our situation.
