        Went to buy a lamp on special only to be told that it had finished and they wanted to charge another 50_60%. Wouldn't go back to any of their stores. Never had good experience with them.

        I brought a pendant light from lighting direct which was quite expensive. Once it was delivered I was back in the store and discovered it was on special. I contacted them to see if they would match the special price but they wouldn't. They also will not let me return items after 14 days of purchase (not delivery) even though I haven't even opened the box. I have also been dealing with lighting plus as I am doing a new build requiring a lot of lighting they have been amazing to deal with, returns are absolutely no problem and as we are out of town they have no pressure for returning which is fantastic.. save yourself a headache and go to lighting plus instead!!
