        Blocked toilet and drains. Great communication from Shelly and jack. Had to have to toilet taken off and augured. Jack did everything possible to not have this happen but alas it did have to come off. Was back at 5pm that evening, cleared the blockage and toilet reinstated. Bloody lovely work. Thanks
