Protranz Earthmoving

I did enjoy my time at protranz and I really thought that I was doing a good job. And rather than follow their own contract protocol, in that after 4 weeks we sit down review and discuss how things are going. Shaun Cockly and Zac decide to tell me that after 3 months of working that I am a terrible and unsafe driver and unworthy of my position. My options quickly became limited and to have stayed and endured the bully-boy culture of Aaron the mechanic, no one should have to go through that. I left, am I bitter?? Yes and only fair considering their whole approach to dealing with me. This is the only place I get to air my point of view. I would caution anyone that if you work there be careful in what you say and whom you speak too.
