        Called in on our was past as we were looking for a friendly camping spot for a family stay. We were approached by the rudest woman(assuming the owner but as she did not introduce herself we can't be 100% sure) who told us it was a private camping ground and we were not welcome to look around, we were in shock to say the least. This is possibly the rudest and most unwelcoming camping ground I have ever been to in my 30+ years of camping around New Zealand. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
