edit: i have been contacted since posting this review with further compensation for the tyre replacement. ---------------------------------------------- would give them 0 stars if possible. an absolute nightmare to deal with. where to even begin. i needed a new car after mine was written off by a drunk driver. which is stressful enough as it is. to start, the wof sheet suggested a wheel alignment. when i rang them about this, they said they were sure they had had it done, but would find out and get back to me. they never did. so i had one done anyway. next, the headlight went and it started collecting water. this was only a few weeks after collecting the car. i work nights so having a working headlight is pretty essential. turns out they had it replaced by their mechanics and did it incorrectly, which i confirmed after they FINALLY sent me the compliance sheet after contacting them multiple times. after not getting a response over email, i went on site to ask and they said it was the mechanics responsibility. and when i went to the mechanic i was sent back to affordable cars. after speaking to them on the phone, i finally got them to get the money for me out of the mechanic. they also said they would pay me back for the wheel alignment. a week after sending my bank details, i heard nothing. during this time, i found out that ALL 4 tyres needed replacing as they were starting to perish. so i give them a call. i was told that "when the car went through the wof, there was nothing wrong with the tyre". well affordable cars, before lying to someone about what happened during the wof, it would pay to remember that you left the wof sheet in the glove compartment which stated otherwise. and after i sent them a copy of the wof sheet plus photos of the cracking on the tyres, they offer a measly $200 to replace them all. admitting defeat, i accept the $200. i've had my car for a month and it's been an absolute nightmare. they don't respond to emails. they are slow to act on "looking into things". they don't get back to you when they say they will. this whole ordeal has left me absolutely exhausted. if you do buy a car of these people, i implore you, DO NOT listen when they say "the car is vtnz compliant" when you ask if you should have it checked out before purchasing. GET IT CHECKED OUT BY A MECHANIC.

Thank you, and your team. You guys have been great to deal with from start to finish with prompt response times and really good communication. I was so nervous buying a car alone but youve all made me feel more relaxed and looked after.

Most easy purchase I have had. Brandon made it a breeze and went out of his way for me without a fuss! If anyone is wanting a car this is definitely my only recommendation! Couldn't fault it. Everyone seemed so happy aswell which is always a big plus.
