        Asked for help with books on my kids stationary list. Was given All the wrong books! Went home and painstakingly covered and labeled the books and took to school to discover they were all wrong. The teacher knew straight away I'd been to the belfast branch do this alot. I now have to go buy the correct books (elsewhere) an. Extremely disgusted d recover them

        Exceptional customer service here. From the entrance (security guy is always cheerful and friendly) and throughout, staff are helpful and friendly... that's what you call customer service Probably the best service of Warehouses I've been to in all of Christchurch. There was a lovely lady that works there that served us this evening and she was amazing!! Showed me how to work the market app an got $5 off our shopping!! Ka pai
