        The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give anything less. We have been waiting since March for an order, it is now July and I'm being told that it *might* ship next week. My clients are screaming for their product and demanding refunds. Crawford doesn't care about the impact they have on other businesses and their response is "it is what it is."
