A hands on agent who gets it done! We were buying our first home and it's a really different market to navigate when you have never done it before. After looking at 30+ homes and dealing with a assortment of agents only looking out for themselves we happened upon Monti from Mike Pero Realty. Monti was honest, professional, up front, efficient, involved, helpful and yet not once was he pushy or trying to use sales tactics to create a urgency on the property or a bidding war with other interested parties. If he told us something he kept his word on it. We are so happy with our purchase and the outstanding level of commitment and professional service we have received from Monti whom without, this deal would of fallen flat. Could not recommend enough especially to all the first home buyers out there.
