You might request it toasted and it isn't, maybe you get completely different salad, sometimes they don't heat the meat and you get a complete cold three pepper chicken. Take this gem for example, I ordered a wrap and got this pocket sized three incher. Convenient design, slips right into your shirt pocket. The sandwich artist () rolled this puppy over on itself so much there was about a table spoon of filling.
