I called there this morning with a faulty switch on our Dyson stick vacuum. He fixed this in a couple of minutes while I waited. Awesome service thank you.

I'm sorry to give Vacshac a "not so good" comment since my Dyson handheld vacuum stick went to him a month ago and have never heard from him. He said over the phone two weeks ago that it was fixed and would be able to deliver back to me via the retailer by who he was originally recommended. Nop, I havent seen it. Neither the retail not him contact me so far. I don't know where my vacuum is and I don't even know how much I should pay since the man is not contactable. I believe he is a good man. Just odd experience. Fingers crossed.
