I had difficulties in setting up my Deebot. Received fabulous friendly service from Jeevan who spent the whole morning at my house showing me how to use the Deebot properly and set it up for me. Really happy with the help and ongoing service.

Discusting service if the staff do not see the possibility of a large sale because you bought vacumn from them already and only needed bags they will serve other customers ahead of you..please please use some other place to buy a new vacuum

Really disappointed with the service took the telescopic pole back as I couldn't make extend 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing inspite of ringing them several times ans still nothing. Pathetic. How can you cope without a vac for that amount of time. Extremely annoyed

Took a steam mop in for repairs under warranty. Staff were hopeless to deal with. Finally got a promise of 10 working days for a repair, and they'd call when ready. Nearly a month later I followed up myself- wanting to allow time for covid/ Christmas delays. Only to find it had been sitting in the store for days, no one had attempted to call because quote "we're so busy". So busy that your staff members are standing round gossiping in an entirely empty store? Also staff kept pulling down their masks to talk and wouldn't observe any kind of social distancing.
