VTNZ Christchurch - Northwood

Went for my drivers test here twice. First time I failed, but the second time I passed. I had a man named Nikkil as my testing officer both times. He was very polite and professional, very good place to go for a test, would recommend.

Haven't been here for mayb 10 years as got sick of spending a day to get a WOF. But being local thought I would try again. Nothing has changed like at least a 3 hour wait even though I was there at 8.15am? Why don't they think "Umm this is not ok" and do something to streamline the system. So drove down to Cranford St talked to a couple of lovely guys and all booked in for Monday after work. Think it's cheaper too.

Racist driver instructor. She's a horrible person. My daughter had a scheduled restricted driving test today. She's practicing driving for more than a year and practice driving in nortwood area. She was sitting on the driver's seat waiting with the window slightly open. The instructor arrived and she kept raising her two arms on belly level and gave off the attitude and body language of "what are you doing"? She was intimidated and her feet were shaking. A simple say "open the window please" would be acceptable. She couldn't concentrate in driving and inside the car, the instructor keep raising her voice when talking to my daughter. I also think the girl (I think she's Asian as well) ahead of my daughter failed as well with the same instructor (We saw them because we arrived early). They left and returned in less than 20 minutes so maybe fail as well. $135.00 gone just because the way the instructor act.
