Beattie Air Conditioning

We needed our heat pump working in winter. I enquired with a few places and had a technician from here come out to check the unit. Mentioned uncertainty around what was the problem but maybe it was the gauge and that someone would be in touch. This was on the 1st july. Late october i get a $200 invoice for work. No contact, no call, no hey lets book in a time to fix it in winter and keep you warm. Just pay the money now its spring. I questioned it and received no apology, no acknowledgment of lack of communication. If youd like to pay over $200 for a problem that is not resolved when you want it to be (ie; being warm in winter of the same year you enquired) then Beattie Air is your guy.

We have Beattie Air to service our heat pumps. Their technicians are friendly & punctual and do a really thorough job. And it's great that I get a reminder to have a service annually

Had our heat pump leak into the house on 29 December, they had someone out to us and fixed with 90 minutes. Amazing service and much needed with temperatures at 30 degrees today!
