Very poor Bought car there previously but didn't want to give a fair price

Worst car buying experience ever , test drove car was pulling to left badly , discussed wheel alignment issue and remedy , verbally agreed to cash price with warranty of 8k ( both myself and partner and Anthony heard and agreed) Got home to confirm via email and price has gone up to $9450, he obviously agreed to price that he didnt have authorisation to do Complete waste of time and effort , better to stick to proper car yard not some backwater of the grid loosers

They say three month warranty but when our battery died within the three months and was found to have a fault (which we had evidence from the AA recovery man) they didn't refund us the cost of the new battery because we sorted it with the AA on the spot. Not sure how they expected us to resolve it any other way... Maybe stay stuck until they are next open again to maybe sort it out? The dealership guy we had contact with is also not giving us any head office details for a direct contact so we can resolve this with them, and when we found some details online and tried to contact them directly they still don't respond. I wouldn't recommend.

Do not recommend, when I bought the car I asked to fix the right mirror they just fixed the crack the mirror wasn't folding and also xenon wasn't working properly unfortunately did not realized before so I needed to pay mirror and xenon from my pocket, they just want to the car they don't care about the customer.
