Service is really bad, nobody wants to help you. and the store is more expensive than the proper swanndri store. Don't recommend this store at all

Very disappointed with the service!! After buying the wrong size of this jersey (that was a bday present) I rang up the shop earlier today, before I drove all the way in as I dont live anywhere near this outlet shop, and explained to them the situation. On the phone they said they would happily exchange the size for another one. When I arrived in I was served by another person and told no they wont return it (even after I said that I was told they would earlier) and that those jerseys came in stock to store as faulty so they dont return them or exchange them. I was told theres nothing they can do for me and got turned away, although told on the phone it could be, therefore the reason I drove all the way in!! Not happy with the service, and I believe there could of been something they could have done after been messed around. Overall it was not a cheap purchase either, and should of been told it was a faulty jersey when purchased.
