        Probably fine work, but terrible customer service. We had work scanned by them for a client, but unfortunately due to our own technical issues we lost the scan files. Thats on us. But when contacting Microfilm Digital Print to (hopefully) have the files sent again, we received absolutely no responses for weeks on end. I can only guess that they deleted those files, but informing us would only be professional.
