Terra Cat had our excavator since Thursday late arvo, the job was to fix a couple issues under Warranty. We had no contact or updates from Terra at all. Tried contacting them on Saturday morning with no answer. Followed up on Monday morning urgently needing our excavator back to which we found out they hadn't even looked at one of the issues. Keep in mind these are all jobs they are telling us would only take a couple hours each. Like most businesses that buy and use machinery, it's a tool and integral part of your business and without that tool its costing the business. The worst part for us is the lack of communication. It's a real shame and disappointing as I know when we first purchased our Cat excavator we thought we were buying a great quality machine, but their is some poor quality parts on this machine that have failed numerous times in the short period we have owned it without a proper fix to the problem. The warranty repairs and service has been a real let down for us. I will say I believe there was better communication prior when the business was formally known as Goughs we were dealing with different people at that time and they were happy to answer calls.
